This isn't a simple archive of all Odo stories in the known universe. Just as a zine editor does, I review submissions and decide whether or not they truly belong in this collection. In some cases a story just might not be right for Odo's PADD. See FAQ #4 for guidelines.
13b. Why isn't [insert author]'s story here?
First of all, I don't know about every single story with Odo in it that exists, just like not every Odo fan knows about Odo's PADD. Usually, one finds the other unexpectedly. When there's an unknown author and I discover their work, I'll ask them if they would like to be archived here. If they say no, I don't press. If an author already on my archive asks me to remove their work, I do so, no questions asked. I've always operated Odo's PADD in that way -- by asking permission and not pestering any author.
Also, I don't simply put up any story with Odo in it. The author has to give permission. Not all author's want their stories here. Sometimes they have their own website and don't want their stories appearing elsewhere. Sometimes they just don't like the thought of their stories being in a huge archive -- they'd rather have a smaller audience for their work. Every author is different. So if a particular author isn't archived here, they probably have their own reasons.
