Send your material in PLAIN TEXT format (.txt) to odogoddess@odospadd.com. HTML format is also acceptable.

Please don't send me a story in any other format, (e.g.: Word, WordPerfect, AmiPro, etc.). Too many problems occur when translating between formats or even different versions of the same format. Plain Text Only, and thanks! The last paragraph below has specific e-mailing instructions.

3. How do I submit a graphic image or .wav file for Odo's PADD?

Please make sure the image is no larger than 450x350 pixels or under 100kbs in size. If it is a large .wav file, please zip it first. Or if you have it up on a website, send me the url and I'll retrieve it myself.

If you are e-mailing me something for the PADD be sure to identify your e-mail as a "submission for Odo's PADD". I receive dozens of e-mails a day and if I don't recognize the person sending me something, especially if there is an attachment (since computer viruses are spread this way), the e-mail will probably get deleted. I also get sent stories and articles from friends for me to read from time to time; items that are not meant for submission. Hence, I never assume something sent to me is for the PADD. So if you send me something you'd like put up on the archive, label it "Submission for Odo's PADD" to avoid confusion!
